 The Situation
The client is a Manchester based web design company. Softoc worked as the technical partner to assist our client to develop an online gift box retailing shop.

The system includes eight major modules: Product Management, Stock Management, Promotion Management, Multi-Currency Management, Delivery Management, Customer management, E-mail Advertising Management, and Online Payment Integration.

 The Challenge
This was the most complex system compared with our former projects. Besides the front-end e-shopping applications, our client (partner) required a very powerful back-end application to support his daily management. Based on the trust and long-term collaboration, we experienced fluent and enjoyable communication together with our partner during the whole period of development.

 The Result
We completed and delivered this project two days before the deadline. The client (partner) was very satisfied with our performance. Besides the success of the project itself, we also optimized the cooperation process with our client (partner) for further better cooperation.
