 The Situation
Client was a traditional London based chemist’s shop. They were experiencing the growing pressure of sales from their competitors. Thus they wanted to develop an integrated internet platform to attract more customers and increase sales revenue.

 The Solution
According to client’s request, we design the web-based solution “E-pharmacy” which consists of four major functions: E-shop, Online Prescription, Patient Appointment Management, and Pharmacy Warehouse Management.

 The Challenge and Result
This is the first case that we get involved in pharmacy industry. Thus our project team needs to learn quite a lot new industrial and domain knowledge, especially the terms and business processes. Before contracting this project, we spent a lot of time in investigating the similar pharmacy websites and finally gathered enough resources to complete and delivery this project.
